腾旋表面施胶系统/表胶淀粉连续制备系统工艺描述

腾旋表面施胶系统/表胶淀粉连续制备系统是以天然淀粉为原料，经过α-淀粉酶转化，使长分子链淀粉转化为短分子链降解淀粉。经过降解后的淀粉适用于表面施胶，以达到增加纸页的强度性能的目的。This system is based on natural starch as raw material, through α-amylase conversion, so that long molecular pectin converted into short molecular chain degradation starch. 吨包原淀粉通过起重设备吊入卸料料斗，料斗内淀粉由风送设备送入淀粉料仓，料仓内的淀粉经计量螺旋输送机被连续输送到分散槽，同时在分散槽加清水稀释分散；

在淀粉分散槽添加淀粉粉末的同时，淀粉酶按比例加入到分散槽内与淀粉进行充分混合。

分散后的淀粉液由螺杆泵送入过滤器去除杂质，过滤后的淀粉溶液进入1#蒸汽喷射器加热，经过加热后的淀粉溶液进入反应槽进行酶化反应。经过一定时间的酶化反应后，由转子泵送入2#蒸汽喷射器加热，并在蛇形盘管箱内糊化及高温灭活，终止酶反应。糊化后的淀粉胶液经汽水分离器后进入淀粉储存槽，同时加清水稀释至所需的浓度在储存槽内储存。储存槽胶液由送料泵送至纸机上料槽。同时加清水稀释至所需的浓度在纸机上料槽，以供上料站系统使用。

After gelatinized starch glue through the steam separator into the starch storage tank, at the same time add water dilution to the required concentration in the storage tank. The storage tank glue is fed by the feed pump to the feeding tank of the paper machine. At the same time, dilute the water to the required concentration in the paper machine feeding tank for the feeding station system.
